Sonia from Inner Healing as been working with complementary therapies for 23 years. She offers Reflexology, Naturopathic Nutrition, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling.
After qualifying in Nutritional Therapy, she combined this newfound knowledge with Reflexology to offer a conception and pregnancy service with very good results too. Reflexology is already an established therapy supporting women during the pre-natal and post-natal stages. It can offer balance and relaxation during the more tense and stressful moments of this important time in a woman’s life.
